Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was upgrading my house looking to find the right price and service but also looking for a technologically knowledgeable and competent company too. I was looking for a high end garage door company that can service my needs! I was not looking for a cheap low end company that would possibly disappear or not be available in the future, or someone like some previous companies I dealt with that hooked things up wrong and then I spent more money and time fixing their mess. I spent a few weeks gathering information about the various doors and technology and what future uses you can get from a garage door. I interviewed a few good companies. I found that all my requirements were met by Xtra Care Garage & Gate I setup an initial appointment and from measurement and quote through installation everything was smooth and efficient. It all happened so efficiently and quick that I was left very impressed. Aviran was friendly, ALWAYS available for questions, punctual and reliable and his installers were careful, tidy and completed the job quickly. Everyone involved took pride in their work and were very pleasant to deal with to say the least. At the end I have a great garage door, it works perfectly, it looks extremely good and complements my new house design, it has the traditional remote control, but it also has an APP, it integrates in Home Assistant, my whole house home automation software, it can be controlled remotely. This is what I wanted to achieve and I have to say that few companies could understand all my requirements as well as Aviran. First the garage door opener has a battery backup so it can open when there is no power, second is the ability to connect to a Wi-Fi network, third is eliminating the overhead space taken by the garage door opener and moving it to the wall and opening and closing the garage door quicker with less noise too. The WIFI connectivity allows for remote control and monitoring of the garage door directly from an app on a smartphone in addition to my Home Assistant home automation software. Next it also allows for Amazon to deliver directly to the garage by opening and closing the garage door without my help. I also got $40 from Amazon for enabling the service We are VERY VERY thrilled with the result. It was what I wanted and hoped for! Aviran was awesome. After requesting service from several garage door repair companies through Yelp, Aviran was the first to respond and willing to come to my house that same night. I wasn't available that night, so he came the next day bright and early. He saw that my spring had busted, gave me an estimate and started taking apart the springs so he could go buy them. In a few hours he returned and installed the new springs and my garage was good as new. He cleaned up and sprayed the hinges so they would work quietly. Of course it took a little longer because we both chatted about the love of dogs, especially our cocker spaniels. Be careful, he is quite sensitive on that subject (sorry Aviran). Anyways, I highly recommend Aviran for your garage door needs. Such a nice guy.
