Mr. Wyatt took offers and counter offers and at the end of 2 weeks I accepted an offer of almost 2 times my asking price. Wow! This was more than I expected. My house was sold on 02/10/2015. Mr. Wyatt is professional and a Real Estate Professional. He met all of my crazy scheduling needs, coming to meet with me early in the mornings and late at night for both transactions. He patiently explained all of the contracts and documents to me and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I felt comfortable allowing him to negotiate a contract which was greater than any amount of money that I had ever negotiated and a contract which would last for probable the rest of my life time.
