Just a phone call consultation.

Very happy with the outcome.

They were good.

It was a good experience.

It took the company 4 days to return my call. I explained I wanted to add a master bedroom and bathroom upstairs. I already have my city approved plans. He insisted that it would be difficult to give an estimate because I wanted everything included.(bath fixtures, toilet, etc..) I was told he would get back to me and he never did.

Very well, crew arrived on time and was polite and professional. Work done in the time promised and passed inspection by the city with no changes or additional work.

They showed up on time to do the work. They did a very good job. He did a good job at explaining what they had to do. They were very courteous when they were there.

Good, honest people; excellent work; did more than expected, repaired residual damage (stucco from raising house).

An initial meeting with a representative of White Castle was very informative. He showed me exactly what was involved in the work, gave me a guaranteed price (the balance of which was due only after a county inspection and sign-off) and offered a six month interest-free payment plan. Not long after I signed the contract and made the ten percent deposit, they placed a 2 by 3-foot sign in the front yard advertising the company. As part of the contract, the customer agrees to leave the sign up for 90 days. It took more than a month and a couple of phone calls after this to get the work scheduled. Once the crew arrived, however, they seemed to work efficiently and completed the job in two days and did a thorough cleanup. When I inspected the work, I noticed that they had also cleared away dirt from all of the post footings under the house - something that I had planned to do myself.

I would have to say that they probably did pretty good with this job, but I guess you really never know if it was done right until you have an actual earthquake. The company was very good to us. They were good on getting the permits and they showed up as they were scheduled to. They were also very responsive and responsible. I am not sure of the pricing, our insurance company actually paid for it. I believe it was about $5,000 or close to it.

The foundation is holding up great. There have been no questions or concerns with it at all. Everything has turned out as planned and I am very satisfied with it. The workers that had come out to my home were very nice and very well prepared to work. They worked hard, quickly and efficiently. I do believe that I would recommend them to my closest friend. I am not sure what this particular project cost me at the time.

On time, on budget and very clean.

Loved that I didnt pay anything until work passed city inspection. Clean men and trucks. Smiling, happy workers.
