+ -1 moreExcellent work. Crew showed up on time, did the work on time, did an excellent job. Their pricing is competitive. You might get a lower price, but that also might be because only one person does the work. I had a crew of 2 because it takes way less time. They provide a clear, well written estimate and did not try to uncharge me. I plan to use them going forward.

deck cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreThe job went excellently! I had inherited the deck from the previous home owners and it needed a ton of work. They showed up at the pre-agreed upon times and finished the job swiftly. The sanding and refinishing only took only 2 to 3 days. They even replaced several of the faulty boards. They even cleaned the sawdust! It has been over a year since my deck was refinished and it still looks brand new.
Description of Work: First, Andrew and his team thoroughly power washed my deck, removing the dirt. Then, they sanded down the deck and refinished it with a sealant. After letting it dry, they power washed the deck again to clean anything that had settled on the drying sealant. On another occasion, Westside Power Washers power washed the exterior of my home removing the bird droppings from my roof.
