Westside Lock and Key Service

FABULOUS!!!! I called Chuck, and he was there in what seemed like seconds, got my door open and was able to replace a small part of my lock mechanism (which he had with him in his truck) without having to replace the entire lock, drill anything out or even get new keys. His labor charge was very reasonable although we have a Baldwin lock set-up so the part was a bit pricey - definitely not his fault. I would use Chuck again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs efficient, professional, friendly and courteous locksmith services!!!

Replaced ok

It went very well. I called around and got prices and his was the best. He rearranged his schedule so he could get to me quickly. He also doesn't have a service charge for local customers. He will come out to your house for free.

Chuck, the owner, did a fabulous job. I needed all my locks changed for safety purposes. I can't say enough good things about the job he did. Chuck updated, as well as changed, my locks and even fixed a few door locks that had issues before. Great service, professionalism and the latest in technology.

Chuck lives in my neighborhood and was recommended by neighbors on a community website. I called this morning, he moved another appointment around to get me in first thing so I could leave for work on-time, did the work quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Also, he didn't charge me for the service call (just the work) because I live in his neighborhood.
