They were the first one that called and when they arrived said that I needed a new compressor. As the rental was without AC during a hot period I hired them without getting some other estimates which turned out to be a lot more expensive at over $3000. My mistake and one I would not make again.

Great service, took pictures of problem because I could not see it for myself and after repair showed work done. Also gave very good advise about another repair needed caused by first problem. Great, fast service. Both repair person and office personnel were wonderful.

I was apprehensive about hiring an AC repair company online but called West Coast Chief Repair because they had over 1400 reviews and the ones I read were positive. The repair person, Vlady called at the time scheduled and said he was running behind which was fine. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was in and out very quickly and would definitely recommend them. I will use West Coast again for annual maintenance.

I received a timely response Service tech was polite and knowledgeable He said his company would order the part needed and I would receive a call the next day Since the next day was Saturday I was not surprised by no call Tues of the following week still no call so I called and spoke with a lady who said my part had been ordered and I would receive a call when it arrived Wed of the next week I called again and was told that an email had been sent with an estimate for the work I did not receive an email. I canceled the job and hired another repairman. Poor communication.

Speedy and professional

Very quick to resp0ond and had an appointment the next day. They called 30 minutes before arrival. They checked the AC condenser replaced the capacitor and recharged the unit. AC working again as expected. Good job.

Very nice repairman. The only difficulty I had was understanding him. He had a very thick accent, but did his work diligently and priced his work fairly.

He showed up, looked under the unit, took the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator then said he could not help me and to throw the refrigerator away. That took all of 4 minutes and we paid him $65.00 for showing up. Horrible service and value.

Sent a techincian, scoped the job, ordered the parts and actually showed up ahead of schedule time, which we were able to accommodate it. Disassembled the washer and repaired it quickly.

They were fine. But he did not even have to look at my fridge. As SOON as I said the freon had a puncture I fixed he said it was basically garbage. That means someone could have just been a *good-guy* during this pandemic and just answered a SINGLE SIMPLE QUESTION over the PHONE and would have 45. More dollars to put towards a new fridge to stockpile some food during this madness. Thanks. But really, no.
