If you dread calling contractors or have experienced trauma dealing with service people, I can tell you this was the first time in many years I felt comfortable and very pleased with the service I received. The price was reasonable and Tiger, thatâ s his name was very professional I am so happy that I chose this company. West Coast is GREAT AND YOU CANNOT GO WRONG I PROMISE.

I was satisfied with their work, but I felt they really were unfair and excessive with their pricing. I was told their $59 charge to come out would be credited to the final charge. Mind you they replaced a thermostat [which on Amazon was priced at $38]. The gentleman was here no more than 25 minutes. When he handed me the bill I was stunned! It was $269, and that was taking into account I was suppose to receive a $59 credit. So we're talking $328 to replace a $38 thermostat and 25 minutes time. Sharon Davis

They sent their technician over to give me an estimate, but despite having explained in detail what I needed over the phone ( run a new thermostat wire with a common so a smart device can be installed) the tech had no idea what I had asked for. He said he had been told he was only there to swap the thermostat itself. After twenty minutes of explaining what I wanted multiple times, he finally got the idea but told me he could not give me an estimate and to talk to the dispatch the next day. After talking to the dispatch they harangued me for thinking he would be able to give me an estimate, despite them promising me so. I agreed to let them send me an estimate and I would still consider them, despite all this. They sent me a completely unserious estimate, almost 10x what this job should cost and more than double what I had paid for a much larger wiring job a few years ago. If basic thermostat wiring is not something they wanted to do, they could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting so much of my time.

He figured out the problem (I thought I needed a new thermostat but it was another problem. He had a new van, the latest equipment and fix my HVAC system for a very reasonable price. It was a perfect experience

Mas was very professional, had the parts to get the A/C running, was very thorough and clean.

Our AC unit is old and the tech--Val-- did the best he could to repair it cost effectively. It's running now thanks to his efforts. I felt he was fair and honest with us. Thanks Val!

Andy came out and ask me to go over my concerns for clarification. He evaluated the equipment and told me what he recommended for the repair and what it would cost. I believe his knowledge and effort were well worth the cost. I saved this company to my phone list in case my family ask for a referral.

There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though.

They were punctual and very professional. I'm not sure what services like these cost, but they seem to be the only company locally that can fix & reprogram thermostats. I was surprised how many companies are unable to provide this service. I highly recommend them

I had trouble getting them to give me an itemized invoice after they completed the work. They just kept telling me they sent it, but they did not .They were dishonest about sending me an itemized invoice. I had to make many many phone calls in order to finally get the invoice.
