-When I talking to vendor I told them I had a manufacturer warranty for the drum and moter on the was machine. -the repairperson open the top the machine by lifting the from of the machine, didn't remove the holding brackets (in back) and left the top not locked into the machine. - The repair person left water in the tub. I think he implied that it was a timer problem. I did not have this problem last night, which is supported by the dry drum when he arrived. -he left me with an estimate to repair the washer that included the cost of warrantied parts of $649 which is more than the cost of a new unit. -

Service was good and they came out when promised. Customer service and scheduling was great. Very professional. The only complaint was on the price. I had called for a dishwasher fix - which actually took them 10 min. They said they would charge me $45 for the visit. But when I went to pay - they actually charged me $125. It was WAY overpriced.

They sent a technician to repair my heater the same day I called. He fixed it . . . without telling me what was wrong first or telling me the charge, or giving me repair options. Then it stopped working two days later. The technician came back out and told me the part he repaired needed to be replaced. That was two and half weeks ago. They still don't have the part in, so it still isn't fixed.

Fast response to our request after ice maker fail caused water to run out onto the floor. Expert diagnosis and recommendations that included several options. Very friendly and professional

Turned out I had only a minor problem, easy to fix. The repair person came on time and did just fine. Bill was as we had previously agreed. I rated them based on the extremely brief encounter. I have no idea how they'd perform with a serious problem.

I cannot say enough about this company. Not only were they pleasant to work with, but the technician that came out was kind, compassionate and understanding. A rare thing for sure.

The fact the they called within seconds of finding then on the HomeAdvisor app at 4:45pm local time was awesome. They came out to diagnose & finish the with the next morning. No complaints!

My issue was that my blower wasn't automatically turning off after the furnace shut off. I work all week and don't have a lot of time so I'm very grateful for same day Saturday service availability without an extra fee! The team (schedulers and service person) were knowledgeable/friendly and prompt with fees discussed up front. I especially appreciate the service person taking time to talk with me about the issue and talk about options with no pressure. Thank you so much all!
