So happy with how quickly they were able to get out and repair my heater. Jack was very professional (and friendly). I am very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

Contractor took a $45 service charge to diagnose the problem, said that he could repair the problem but never called back or showed up. I had to call him to check on it, when I called him, he said he could not get the part or repair the washer for me. They would not refund the service charge for me.

The repair work was fine, but the service tech was unable to call me before the appoint due to the company giving him the wrong phone number. The tech did schedule another time for that day. the new repair time was a not as convinent.

this company ordered a part asked for a hundred dollar deposit they never installed the part I paid for the initial visit and they never refunded the deposit not good business not to be trusted.

With a 3hr. window the tech showed up 50 minuets late AFTERi called twice to ask where is he ? For that reason alone I will not call them again.

The tech was professional he came on time. I felt once he saw the location of the appliance and how small the space he had to work with... made all the gestures of not proceeding. Once he was able to get going though was on top of it.
