Al was able to come promptly and got the job done in a short time.

He was here for a few minutes, touched some buttons on the oven and said I need a new control panel which is no longer made, charged $65 (phone quote was $45). Two days later I was touching some buttons on the oven and it became operational. Wasted my time and money.

They were responsive and showed up to my mother's house as promised and repaired her thermostat.

Because my oven is too old they were not able to complete the repair. They were supposed to attempt to find the parts required but never got back to me.

Contractor called back immediately and scheduled an appointment with a good lead time. Service tech arrived within 2 hr window and repaired our wall heater with no issues and finished the work within 30 min. Checked the thermostat and verified with us present that the unit was functioning. Good guys. Would highly recommend them and if necessary, will use them again.

He fixed the Fridge and saved us time and money

I knew what was wring with the machine but I'm no mechanic They caed immediately, showed up the next day did the work and my washing machine i working I wasn't at home. My husband let them in and they went to work.

Nick went above and beyond to fix my washing machine. He didn't have the part needed for the fix and originally said he would have to call me back in a week. When I told my son to grab the laundry so we could go to the laundromat, Nick called around until he found the part at a local supplier. He left to pick up the part then came back and finished up for me. So very happy to have my washer fixed...and to avoid shlepping laundry to the laundromat!

Continuously the best A/C techs available. With a building containing 14 machines, and this heat wave, we've had our share of problems. Once these guys show up, you know it's getting fixed.

Tech, named Tsoy, arrived on time. He was prompt and friendly, but reeked of cigarette smoke. (I only mention this because I'm allergic and super sensitive to cigarette smoke, so his presence made me a little ill as a result) He knew what was wrong instantly and fixed the washing machine in 30 mins. Reason for my low rating was he quoted me $150 (which I expected), but when he wrote up the invoice he tried to charge me $350 claiming that's what he told me. I pointed out that it literally took him less than 30 mins to fix the washing machine, that he said $150 and I would not have agreed had I heard $350. He ended up charging me $150 claiming that he was only charging me for the part he replaced. I paid, but that means his claim of charging me $350 was $150 for the part plus $200 in labor for only 30 mins work. I do not recommend hiring this company and won't do business with them again.

Excellent service, service tech has a wealth of knowledge of skill and has everything in ability to do job on time to keep cost lower. Tech Greg very professional and curtious and friendly. I called and had a deadline, but didnt need to worry as they were prompt and on time and finished the job right away.

He was polite , efficient, and he was able to service the same day.

Had Vikm come over to do an annual maintenance/check up on my 30 year old central AC unit before the hot summer heat begins. He was on time, professional, efficient, and did not try to up-charge me for unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend Vikm and West Coast Chief Repair, and will use them again in the future.

Same day service - had replacement motor on hand to repair washing machine.

The company tired very hard to do what they promised, they did follow through. They did a good job.
