Arrived same day and fixed dishwasher.

Very pleased with how easy and efficient this was. Customer service followed up to make sure we were satisfied and our serviceman was honest and did the work quickly. Definitely would recommend them.

The serviceman was honest and confirmed that our refrigerator was in top shape working order. He did not try to upsell. He also arrived on time. And I was happy by the way he contacted me by using a text message rather than a barrage of phone calls.

The technician was very green, but he did the job fine.

The two service technicians replaced an old double oven with a newer one. They did an excellent job and it was done in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the final results. Thank you.

Thiis was the second repair company that I requested service from. The fisrt diagnosed the problem as a solenoid problem on my old gravity fed furnace. he could not get parts to repair it and wanted to rebuild it for an astronomical fee. I said I would try to get another opinion which I did. West Coast sent Anatole Shvets (323-423-3300) who quickly diagnosed the problem as a short in wiring to the solenoid. Repaired the exposed wires that were shorting and I immediately heard the furnace fire up. Just before the coldest days. He said I had a month warranty on his work. I has been working faithfully since 12/28/2018(12 days)

The customer service is chaotic and out of control. They were quick to come in and quote but, slow to actually do the work. They delayed a week, then when the appointed time came, they were late by more than 4 hours. And in the end, couldn't complete the work. One heater was fixed, but the other was left because the fellow who quoted the job said it was bigger than he thought, and then never followed through with another quote. He also left wires and holes in my walls. So, now I need to find a dry wall specialist. I probably won't use Home Advisor for that. Your specialists seem more special needs than experts.

The technician repaired the problem efficiently but he ended up inadvertently created a new problem with the freezer door.

Gave me a $500 estimate for a washer machine that is now working spent only 5 minutes to diagnosed and left. I put washer machine though a cycle and it was working perfectly fine no credit to him.

I had chosen West Coast Repair among the 3 companies recommended by Home Advisor due to good reviews. I had high hopes when Eric ( technician) came on Nov. 24, Saturday, the same day I called but unfortunately he didn't have the right parts for the drain pump of my Samsung front load washer. I knew he talked to somebody in their office and then told me, he will come back once the parts is available and as it is Saturday, the ordering will be done on Monday and may take 3-5 days. With this information, I waited for the 3 days to pass and called their office on Thursday hoping for a good news. I was dismayed when I knew nothing was done! Nobody from the office followed up on me. I didn't know I had to call and pay upfront first for them to process my repair order. I could have paid them that Monday if I'd known. So, I paid Friday after they sent me the bill. Received a call that I will be serviced Dec. 5 but for the 2nd time, was disappointed as the service was cancelled due to wrong parts was ordered! Had to wait again.... finally on Saturday, Dec 8, my washer was repaired by the same technician, Eric, who was apologetic for the delay because it took 2 weeks for it to be done! The technician is good but there is something wrong with the communication process and the ordering process in that department. First time experience and not a good one!
