Pleasant, professional service technician. Knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem with washer and was finished in half an hour. Rates very fair. Would recommend.

They showed up in the time frame they had promised, with a call 30 minutes before. They fixed the problem, cleaned up after, and for a reasonable price! Doesnâ t get much better than that!

Well they haven t finished the job so it s tough to tell you how good they are but so far I am impressed

I called a technician to repair a leak under the sink which seem to be coming from the dishwasher. It turned out that the leak was coming from the garbage disposer instead. The technician was rude and blamed me for wasting his time. He took his service fee and left the area dirty after making a mess.

First the guy shows up and looks at my oven but barely did nothing! Than took my credit card down! Than said he would call me to let me know they could find parts or not! Well they never called . 3 months later I received a debit collections notice! They never sent me a warning or request for payment and the late payment!

They were polite and on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and then said they didn t have a parts to fix it and it would be the following week before they could get the parts. When I told the repairman that I would likely just hire someone that had the parts he miraculously had parts to fix it and did the repair. It seems to be working. I just found that scenario to be shady. Why would you tell the company the problem and they would show up with no spare parts. Then have parts. Makes no sense.

For some reason they missed my first appointment altogether. However, Alexander was very professional and did a god job.

Vladimir did a great job. He was polite, on time, and did the job and was out. That's what you want!

Needed my kitchen hood repaired. They were very prompt to set up an appointment, explained a gentleman would come out and charge $45 to diagnose and if they could fix it, the $45 fees would be absorbed in the cost. The gentleman came, looked at my hood from a distance - did not even attempt to take it apart- pronounced it *very old* from a distance - said that he doubted they would be able to find parts but would call us back the next day to let us know. To date, no one has ever called- waste of $45.

Repair man was very friendly and quick. He was also very well prepared and tech savvy.

Showed up on time and promptly and honestly diagnosed problem on my very old refrigerator. Instead of tinkering around and pretending to work on fridge for his benefit, he informed me that replacing refrigerator would be the best option. Sometimes appliances are beyond repair.

Review of West Coast Chief Repair, Inc. Recently, I had the experience of walking into my kitchen and seeing water coming out from under my refrigerator. This was actually the second time this happened in the past couple of months. On Feb. 4th I called West Coast Chief Repair to repair our refrigerator. The technician discovered that the plastic tubing inside the refrigerator that supplies fresh water to the ice maker and water dispenser had cracked and he replaced it. While he had the refrigerator pulled out from the very tight space it occupies, he suggested replacing a length of the copper tubing that connected our plumbing to the refrigerator with a braided stainless steel covered hose at additional cost. I agreed with his suggestion and so he cut the old copper tubing, put a valve in place and installed the braided stainless steel covered hose between the valve and the refrigerator. I was unable to get West Coast Chief Repair out to our home when this second leak occurred due to unavailability that day. We made an appointment for the next morning but by that time I was successful getting a different companyâ  s appliance repair technician to come out. Since the leak was significant, I was not able to wait the additional day. The technician that came out discovered that the leak was actually coming from the stainless steel covered hose that had been installed by West Coast Chief Repair. I took a couple of pictures and a short video to document the leak. I sent this information to West Coast Chief Repair and discussed the issue with Sean who agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the repair done by the other company. I believe that Sean and West Coast Chief Repair went above and beyond to take care of me as their customer by doing this and would definitely recommend them. It was unfortunate that the hose failed but needless to say, any product can potentially fail and West Coast Chief Repair acted in good faith.

Able to have someone come right away. Other companies were unable to send someone for weeks. Appreciated that he could work on both refrigerator and dishwasher problems. Ended up buying new dishwasher rather than spending so much for repair... He did diagnose problem with my refrigerator and fix handle.

they just came to check the Dryer, the guy told me he is going to call me back to fix it but they never call they just want easy money
