Technician was punctual, very thorough and was able to correct an improper installation that was made when house was remodeled 18 years ago.

My technician,Timur, was very professional and knowledgeble. He inspected the entire home (surroundings, attic/furnace backyard/condenser, air ducts, power panel,etc) and then provided information on the repairs I needed, as well as recommended services/parts that would be required in the near future. I would definitely recommend West Coast Chief Repairs. My tech, Timur, was fantastic! Thanks Home Advisor!

WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!! Do not use West Coast Chief Repair. It is a waste of your hard earned money. The technician that came was unprofessional, rude, and did not really know what he was doing. He spent 2 minutes gave some diagnosis and just wanted to be paid the service fee so he can leave. When asked about the diagnosis he became defensive, rude and started to speak in a demeaning way and raised his voice. Obviously did not know how to intelligently or legitimately explain his fake diagnosis. Simply not knowledgeable, incapable and incompetent. DON T EVEN THINK ABOUT GIVING WEST COAST CHIEF REPAIR A TRY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!
