I scheduled the inspection on November 22nd, 2019 and they charged me $65 for the service. After the inspection, they promised me a report so that I can decide what I will do next. However, I never got the report. I did try to contact them several times (once a week starting early December) but never got my report. They promised me that they will call me back if they find anything but, no callback ever. In the end, I have to contact Homeadvisor to get my inspection money back. What an unpleasant experience :( Update Jan 3rd, 2019: The companys manager contacted me and gave me a full inspection refund after me filing my complaint to Homeadvisor. The manager is really nice and I do appreciate his work. I will not say that I am a happy customer because I never got my heater fixed, but I am glad the inspection fee problem is solved in the end.

They are a horrible company the minute he walked in the door he was talking on the cell in his language. He told me he could not fix my oven door and asked for $85. Which I thought was wrong. Please do not use this company.

They were supposed to be here between 1-4 then without notice changed it to 1-5 PM. We then received a call at 5:15 PM that the technician is on his way from long Beach and is running behind. By the time the technician arrived, it was 6:30 PM. The technician then spent less than 2 minutes opening the back of the fridge stating thay the compressor was bad and left few screws out stating that it was not worth fixing and Samsung Models are not good etc. We received a hardly legible report which did not state the problem and paid 75 for the call. We never received a follow up call or any communication from the company. We have since fixed the problem and it only cost 147 including part and labor through another provider and the problem was never the compressor with we were told by the technician costs 1,200 or more dollars and we have to wait days to get it due to the holidays. It was a relay switch after all not the compressor. A simple courtesy follow up from the company could have gone a long way.

Called immediately and got the appointment the same day within a couple of hours of calling. Efficient, called ahead to let me know when they would be here, arrived early which was great. Explained all that needed repairing and found some equipment inside of furnace that was outdated and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Very cost effective, efficient & nice! Would definitely use them again and recommend them!!

I WAS AMAZED I COULD GET AN APPT. THE NEXT DAY,BEING ITS A BUSY TIME OF YEAR. OVENS READY,YEAH!

I received a telephone call immediately after requesting the estimate. Appointment was set up for the following day. Service person was prompt, polite and efficient. My oven now works fine.

Very concerned about providing good service

This was a last minute urgent problem I had on my dad s home that we were selling after he passed away. They were on time, very professional and did a great job!!!

Arman worked diligently every minute he was onsite. His analysis was thorough. He verified his findings against a fellow tech by phone, as ours is a 25+ year old furnace. There was a language barrier that was overcome by his diligence, honesty and good nature.

I was only looking for a second opinion on how to proceed with repairs.

They came out to repair my Samsung dryer. It turned out the pulley broke. Repaired it and all is working. George that came out was nice and friendly and did the diagnosis and repair in about 2 hours.

Wanted to jump right in and charge for parts before even trouble shooting the problem. I gave them their 75.00 and told them to leave. The guy new nothing about service repair only new how to replace all the parts for 729.00 Will not call them again. Left me with no heater repair. What a waste of my time and money!

Very pricey. Very prompt, very courteous. However, the part online was a $30 part, I was charged $385. I pointed this out but the tech explained that it was a part from the manufacturer. ?? Unfortunately, I needed the work done quickly...

Very good service. I now have a working refrigerator again. I would recommend this company.

My AC unit at my Conviniance store stoped working. I was put in touch with West Coast Chief Repair. The man on the phone was very nice and dispatched someone quickly. When the giy game he seemed suspicious as he was confused. Had a partner with him. After 10 min He came and told me I have to change the Compressor.He kept on speaking another language with his partner. He said $2500.00 and I told him no. He charged me 99.00 and left without saying anything.When he gave me the invoice I looked at the name on the invoice which I knew who they were. They used to be WestnCoast repair located in San Fernando Valley. several years ago I hired them to do a refrigerator repair for me and the guy said it needs a compressor when I said no he got in his car and left and also left one of his expensive tools in which she never came to pick up. this company is not an honest company they have hundreds of ads out on the internet and in the yellow pages in different cities. they tried to target the people who are not so intelligent and will pay whatever fee they charge. stay far away from this company.
