Wonderful service. A tech was sent out on the same day and arrived on time. He was very polite, explained what was wrong with my dryer and completed the repair within 30 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future.

The tech arrived on time. He checked, cleaned and adjusted my wall heater at a reasonable price.

Took over 3 weeks to fix a valve on my dishwasher. 3 times I was promised a call back which never happened, I had to constantly call to get the estimate and they were very unresponsive. Service guy was nice, but didn't replace screws caps nor the bottom panel of the washer.

Repairman Arik came in one day -- on time. Brought the correct part - I had only briefly described the problem. Very experienced and efficient. Fixed the problem in record time. ****MOST IMPORTANT charged $230 when O & J Appliance had sent a service man to inspect the problem and told me the repair would cost $600!!! Also did not complain as others had done, about the small space, and showed me on the internet the actual retail cost of the part. DId not charge a mark up-- only cost of labour. I will call this company for all appliance needs in the future.

Fast service and repair was complete. Have a problem getting a paid receipt. Did not give me an option to clean behind my refrigerator. Freezer was repaired that was freezing on the bottom. No parts were involved.

Nice guy, very professional but pricey

I can not state in any stronger words that you should find another company. I'm forced to give .5 stars. They earned none. I'm nearing retirement age and have never experienced such shoddy work in my entire life. A simple microwave oven repair repair turned into 3 additional service trips as each time they visited they broke something else on the appliance. The third time was not the charm as the piece they installed (to replace one they broke) fell off the appliance less than a day later striking my wife. I looked at what they did wrong and fixed it myself. I will legally trespass this company and any of its employees if they ever enter my private and gated community again.

Posted request on Home Advisor and got an immediate call from Michael. He was most accommodating scheduling service for the next morning prior to 10am. Serviceman arrived on time and repaired refrigerator within 2 hours. Fridge is now working perfectly. Highly recommend West Coast Chief Repair!!!!
