+ -1 moreI hired this company to replace a deck that was termite damaged. Oddly, the previous owners of the house had constructed the deck with wood around two sections of tile. Before they started work I reiterated that they were going to replace the entire deck, and he agreed. Once they started, I noticed the guys were only demo-ing the wood, and not the tile. So I asked about it, and the contractor said he "wasn't a handyman, and demo-ing is not in the scope of the work." And that it was too late, and he had already had his crew build the deck around the tile portions. Obviously, had I known he wasn't going to replace the entire deck I never would have hired him. And now I have to hire someone else to repair his work.

+ -1 moreTHEY CHECK ALL OVER THE HOUSE, UNDER THE HOUSE, IN THE ATTIC, AND ALL AROUND THE HOUSE. IF THEY USE POISON, THEY TELL ME THAT THEY USED SOMETHING, AND IT'S OK. IT MAY BE TWO OR THREE YEARS BEFORE WE HAVE ANY PROBLEM.
Description of Work: INSPECTION FOR TERMITES. THIS IS A YEARLY FEE.
