+ 0 moreIt was a positive experience. Laurel--our designer--was very enthusiastic and attentive, and really took our living style in mind while designing the overall theme of the addition. We love the details, and enjoyed working with her. The addition blends seamlessly with the rest of the house.

+ -1 moreWe had an excellent experience. Laure gave us the "homework" assignment of taking pictures of houses we found attractive. When we met with her, she used the pictures to get a clear sense of the look we wanted, and then was able to help us fine tune our ideas and to make additional suggestions. Laure has a lot of energy and enthusiasm, and was a pleasure to work with. She was well-prepared for our meeting, and accomplished a lot in a short time. She was a good listener who was able to pick up on our ideas quickly, and she worked well with our painter. We would certainly call her again for a similar job. Honesty compels me to report that Laurie forgot our appointment. However, when we called her she was very apologetic, and immediately came out to our job. This didn't detract from our overall experience of working with her. No harm, no foul.

Description of Work: I called Laurel to get help with paint colors for my living, dining and kitchen. She had all the samples and great ideas to give the room a warm and sophisticated finish. I am still in progress but initial impression is excellent

She asked me to show her the types of colors I liked and we went from there, checking one color combination after another until we found one we both liked. She was respectful of my taste and was able to help me choose colors that suited me.
Description of Work: Laurel Hirschmann was recommended to me by my painter. She helped me choose colors for the outside of my house. She spent two hours patiently checking colors with me against the house.
