Virgilio and his son were not only so helpful with getting an appointment scheduled quickly, but they were also prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond with recommending a way to make our newly installed lock last longer. Would recommend them and their services to anyone!

Virgilio and his son Irving came to install my wall heater and AC unit on separate occasions. On both occasions I was impressed by the quality of their work, professionalism and kindness. They are family-owned, genuine, and sincere in nature. I’ve experienced them go beyond their assignment to assess and repair maintenance issues that had yet to be reported to management. They are clean, precise, efficient, trustworthy and culturally aware. They’ve become more than local maintenance men, they make you feel like family. We recently had a robbery. Someone kicked the backdoor which cracked the frame. Then they punched a hole and broke the door and frame for my office. We needed this done right away. He was available and showed up earlier than expected. He fixed the backdoor first to secure our home. Then returned the next day to finish the job. He made some recommendations such as an iron door and double bolting the door. He was easy to talk to and took care of all our needs.

Virgilio did two separate jobs for me. The first one was due to recent windstorms that loosened some shingles on my garage roof. It was too small of a job for a roofer, so I started calling various handymen. After being turned down/ignored, I reached Virgilio who agreed to come out the following morning. He was right on time and also brought his own ladder. He replaced the loose shingles with the extra ones I provided and sealed the edges for me. That was a big relief. He also looked over my roof in general and pointed out a bad area over the patio had always been prone to leaks. He took photos with his phone and showed it to me. I appreciated that. The second time, I discovered that a section of the wood fence in our driveway had come apart. The wood screws holding the post and top beam together had broken and several panels had fallen out. It took a few texts to coordinate our schedules, but Virgilio agreed to come out on a Saturday morning. He put the fence panels back together very nicely and reinforced the top beam and post with metal brackets and extra wood I provided. Other areas along the fence that looked shaky he also reinforced for me. I was quite pleased not only with his work, but his fees and his friendliness. He comes on holidays and makes sure your trash is taken to the street and makes sure it is taken back in to where it belongs. He's very open to any other kind of work you have for him. He's very polite.
