Jake Grieve quickly identified the reason for the leak (the basket strainers had been incorrectly installed by a previous plumber) and then reinstalled them the right way. He also replaced my narrow ABC drain lines with wider lines, thus allowing quicker drainage. Lastly, he snaked the drain line and managed to open an extremely stubborn, painted-over clean out cap that hadn't been opened for years, so he could run water through it to clear out lots of accumulated gunk. Jake is friendly, polite, professional, and clearly cares about and stands by the quality of his work. His pricing is quite reasonable. I will definitely call him again with future plumbing issues.

Jake was super knowledgeable and very professional. He diagnosed what needed to be done, scheduled the job and completed it as promised. Very friendly and had suggestions for future upgrades. Highly recommended. Would definitely hire again.
