When he brought it back, he was very honest about the time he spent. He could have easily lie and tell me he worked on it for 5 or 6 hours and make me pay a lot, because he knew how despirate I was. But he did not take advantage of me at all. He got his fair share. He also showed me how the environment around the computers, like magnets and even the end of the metal cutlery knives around my computer can effect my hard drive. It was amazing what knowledge he has. His price was super reasonable as well. The only thing that I can tell negative about him is his commitment to our appointments and that's because he is a very busy guy, because he is genuine and reasonable. But he did not neglect me. He is very trustworthy and I'll use him again. He is religeous Jewish, so he does not work Fridays after 4PM and on Saturdays. But he works on Sundays and Weekdays, of course. Give him a try.

Robbie was my technician. He is a orthodox religeous Jewish, so he won't work on Friday night or Saturdays at all. This is his company and he is swamped. He has a great attitude and very very knowledgeable. He is an actual Electronic Engineer in his early 50's and not a kid from another block who claims he knows everything. I like him, he takes charge and although I know a lot about computers myself and couldn't figure out what was the problem, he figured it out. My unit was turning off in the middle of it's work. I though it may be power supply. He came and he said from the way it is turning off, it is NOT the power supply. He told me it just needs cleaning & it is a minimal fee. I told him I always wanted to add some RAM to this and he had everything in his truck. Did everything at the same session and cleaned the computer and got paid and left. I called him the next day to make some changes to my Windows and he actually helped me out on the desktop, remotely, and saved me a lot of time and hassle of asking him how to do this and that. He is a bit tough but he takes charge and that's what a good technician should be. I don't like wimps working on my computer. I highly recommend him, if you don't need his services on Saturdays.

I'd never called this company before but it was close to my home and the reviews sounded good. I am apprehensive about having repairmen in my home when I'm alone, but Robbie was so nice, friendly and I had a very good feeling about him- and I was right. I am as low-tech as it gets but he put me at ease and that meant a lot. I was told by a Microsoft tech person that I had a damaged .NET Framework which wouldn't allow me to install Windows SP 3.5. The instructions given to me were impossibly complex. No one I knew had ever heard of this ".NET Framework" and I was frantic to have it fixed. After examining my older computer, Robbie told me that I didn't need the "Framework" repaired. He showed me where I already had SP3 installed and 3.5 wasn't necessary. So, I had Robbie do the rest of the work I wanted (listed above). We had such a good rapport between and I felt very relaxed. What also impressed me was that while I was talking he kept working! This man really knows his computers! Because I know so little about computers he could have been unscrupulous but he so honest- what a pleasure. He also made suggestions (I had asked) about getting another computer in the future, how long I should stick with this one, what I'd need, etc. One of the things I loved was his quiet teaching about my computer. He sped up my computer a bit but I am happy with his work, for the computer runs so much more smoothly than before. He explained "why" my computer had been running so slowly and this was huge info for me. I was ready to pay him but he refused because he said that he "hadn't really done anything." I disagreed. He still wouldn't accept pay. He just said two things: 1) That he would be back to install my new computer (for a fee, of course) and 2) to "Tell your friends about me." Well, I always reward excellent service by telling my friends and that's why I am here telling you. I've been lucky with having good (and not so good) repair people over the years, but Robbie was definitely the best! I am very pleased with his work and my experience with him.

My system is much faster. I am not getting any popups and interruptions when I am on the Internet. Faster downloads. My computer is using its full speed and capabilities. It was a great tune up and worth every penny paid.

They are very punctual and they are very informative and "User Friendly". They speak your language, rather than computer language. Very patient people and courteous.
