+ 0 moreMy iPad 4 screen was smashed and the corner was slightly dented from a bad fall. Apple Store wanted $299 to replace my iPad. I searched on-line for someone to just replace the screen, not the whole unit at a reasonable price. When I called, Greg was able to give me a same day appointment. His operation is located in an upscale residential neighborhood. I called when I arrived at the house, and he came right out to meet me. After taking one look at the iPad he said he could replace the screen and push out the dents in the aluminum corner. He said it would take about half an hour. Right on time he texted me that the iPad was done. I paid $120 cash for the whole repair. He also offered tips on what type of case to purchase for my needs (I have three small kids who are addicted to the iPad) as well as answered some other questions regarding the newest Apple products. Overall, a very positive experience. Greg was professional, reasonably priced, and honest. I wish more people ran their home-based business like this guy. Given that we are an Apple product family, with three small kids, we will probably need to use his repair services again in the future.
