Sammy is highly professional, knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to work with. He came to do a free inspection for a termite issue in my garage on a Saturday. He also came to do the work on a Saturday. He is flexible and easy to work with--not to mention his prices beat out the competitors. You should give him a call for termite work or other jobs.

Sammy arrived for an inspection the day after I called him, and then two days later to perform the actual work. He was punctual and very professional, and the work was done quickly. In and out in an hour. So far I have not had any problems; the termites have not reappeared.

The first time we called Sammy we found him through Yelp. He saved us from having to tent our home and solved our termite problem for a fraction of the cost we had been given by other services. He dug a trench around our foundation and treated every area that showed signs of infestation. We have had Sammy back every year since and we are very happy with his work. We have referred Tycecc Termite and Pest to all our friends. We highly recommend Sammy!

This will be the fourth or fifth time I've had Sammy and Tycecc come by for help. I had tried calling the and quot;orange oiland quot; and and quot;greenand quot; termite companies...the one that advertised much on the radio. They came out...The inspector from that company took a peek in the attic and the basement and gave the recommendation of tenting the entire house. Sammy came the following day and did a thorough crawl into the far corners of a very tight attic....and an equally tight crawl space beneath the house. He came out with specific locations that required treatment and repair. This is what I was looking for and hired him right away. Since then I've had him out for a bee hive in a wall....a wasp hive in the yard....and back again for another check up for pests since it had been a couple of years from his first visit....He even request a follow up visit in a few months, that he calls 'you' about, to check on his work to make certain there is no re-infestation. He's a pro...the nastiest wasps didn't bother him a bit. He is thorough and seems to takes pleasure in fixing and resolving the issue at hand.....not wanting to do more than is necessary... just enough to get the job done. He is fast and neat...pleasant to have around and if he did other work I would hire him for that too.
