+ 2 moreThey were punctual and professional. There was one mistake in the painting but the owner quickly rectified the problem. I've used them before and would use them again.
Description of Work: I needed an overhaul of a rental condo we are preparing to sell. I hired TSA to paint, buff wood flooring, clean carpet and overall cleaning.

+ -1 moreWhen I scheduled the work on our new home, I did not think about the sequence: paint, clean furnace ducts, clean house. When their crew arrived at the new home, they called me to suggest we re-schedule so that they could clean up after the messy work was done. WOW! WHAT SERVICE!! Since we moved in, I have found a few hard to reach places they missed, but overall, the service was GREAT and the work was well done.
Description of Work: When we moved, TSA cleaned the new home, including polishing our wood floors. They also cleaned the former home.

+ 0 moreThis company is fantastic, they do just about anything you need. They are clean, on time and give a bid and stick to it! I have had them do everything from painting one room to an entire house in and out. They also will haul away trash and other debris for you. They leave the job clean and orderly everyday. I leave them in my home while I go to work, very trustworthy.
Description of Work: Painting, in and out, misc repairs and handyman duties too. Tile work, drywall, fence building and repair.

pressure washing, stucco, house painters
+ 1 moreTSA repaired stucco, prepped by caulking windows and cracks, power washed the entire building. They also painted my wrought iron gates, fences, railing on balconies. They spraypainted the first coat and then went over with brushes. They covered everything including cars in the street, ours and neighbors. They were very thorough and cleaned up well after themselves. The total job took 4 days and a sizable crew. The only complaint I have is they did not caulk on the side of the chimney. I asked them to and they said the don't usually do that, but they would have to get a different kind of caulk.
Description of Work: Trims: Fascias, railings, gates, metal fences, doors, window moldings, beams, preparation work, trench soil along with stucco walls 4" deep. Sand and scrape off paint peels and scales on wood trims. Power wash entire surfaces to clean flakes and other particles. Seal and caulk gaps around openings. Repair weathered, cracked and other defects on stucco and patch up with proper texture. Prime rusted and repair areas. Applications of Finishes,Dunn Edwards paint, Evershield(W701: 100% premium acrylic flat) for stucco Permasheen (W901: 100% premium exterior latex semi gloss enamel) for wood trims, Syn Lustro(9: Industrial maintenance semi gloss enamel) for railings, gates, fences.
