I looked up Todd online and watched his fantastic video about how he markets properties for sale. When I called him, he went to look at my condo and gave me a ball park figure of what he thought the property would bring. We decided on the median figure. Got two offers the first day. Within a couple of days we had 5 offers, we made a counter offer, and got our price. Within a month of my calling Todd, the buyers moved into their new home by Christmas, and I had the money in my bank. Todd gave me great advice all the way through. He took pictures, and posted them on line and in the Sunday LA Times real estate section. He handled everything up to the minute. He is friendly, trustworthy, and so easy to work with. He made everything easy for me. Todd is an excellent professional. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

WE LOVE TODD ! ! ! Let me tell you why? My wife and I had been searching for our first home for some time, we knew the area we wanted to be in and would spend afternoons driving around to find the perfect street (sometimes you just have to feel it, you know ?). This is where Todd came in and became our patient and helpful partner? We kept driving by one particular house when we finally stopped and said to ourselves ?this may just be our new home !?. We called Todd thinking he would be able to set up a showing for us in a few days being he wasn?t the home?s listing agent, but no? Todd said ?Great, I?ll meet you there in 30 minutes?. Really, he showed up before we had a chance to run down the street and get a cup of coffee. He came armed with comps for the entire neighborhood. Needless to say after walking through the house and seeing the condition it was in it turned out not to be our dream home, but a week later Todd was showing us another home that did turn out to be the winner. It was an uphill battle as the new home had multiple bids on it, and being that we were first time home buyers it was quite overwhelming? that is until Todd explained to us step by step what was needed. Todd helped us navigate those waters and negotiated a winning offer ! Our offer was accepted just before Thanksgiving, and due to our rental situation we needed to be in the new home by the end of the year. Given the holidays approaching I was nervous that the process would drag out and in to the New Year, but Todd was our champion ! Todd saw the entire process through working with the Sellers Agent and our Lender to ensure the escrow closed in time. In fact it came right down to the wire, with only hours left on New Year?s Eve Todd called us and said ?Meet me at the county recorder?s office so we can ensure we close on time?. We did, and our sale was one of the last to be recorded on the last day of the year. As a result of Todd?s efforts we were able to drive straight from the county recorder to our new home ! Todd went above and beyond for us, held our hand through the entire process, and never missed a beat ! We first met Todd Jones at an open house for a home he was showing. At this time we were viewing homes on our own and did not have a Realtor. For this home we were very interested, but the timing just wasn't right for our family. A few months later we were ready to look into the market again. Todd was ready to help. We viewed a few properties, and found "the one". Since my husband was working out of town at the time, the timing of getting documents signed was of the essence. Todd made sure that everything went smoothly for us. He walked us through every aspect of the process with great knowledge and patience. His knowledge of the area and the industry is very impressive. He helped us with other services like, home warranty, a wall remodel, inspections, insurance and even gave us a referral for window shutters. I first met Todd Jones during an open house in our neighborhood. I was very impressed with his knowledge, approachability and professionalism. I asked him if he would ever be willing to advise my husband and me about what to think about if we remodel our home, which was very similar to the one he was selling. He said he would and gave me his card. Several months after the quick and successful sale of the neighbor's house, we contacted Todd for some advice. He gave my husband some great advice over the phone, and was willing to come by, talk with us, and look at our current remodeling plans. He had so many informative things to say about what people are looking for, ways to improve our quality of life here as well as raise the resale value. He even gave us referrals to top remodelers and floor people in case we needed them. We felt a lot more clear about what we wanted to do after speaking with him. We found Todd's contact info through Angieslist to buy our first home. When we contacted Todd for the first time, he was actually on vacation. But he still answered his phone and was very professional and friendly to talk to. That just shows that he is available anytime. He answers his phone and email almost all the time unless he is in the meeting or busy with something else, but he will get back to you ASAP. This was the first time we were buying a house so we did not know lot of things regarding home buying process. Todd explained us each and everything very nicely. We have heard that buying a first house could be very stressful but with Todd, we felt that it was a piece of cake. We did not even realize that everything was finished so quickly. Todd is very patient, he does not push you or pressure you regarding anything. He will give his advice but he leaves everything up to us to decide. Every time we go look at the house, he will check small details that is important when buying a house such as water heater, plumbing, roof, furnace, etc. I would highly recommend him for buying or selling your house. He is such a nice guy and very professional. If we ever need a real estate agent again, we know where to go.

Todd had previously helped us buy our first house (buyers agent) and we had such a positive experience previously that when our circumstances changed and we needed to sell our house there was no doubt in our minds who we wanted! When we contacted Todd about selling our house he was over the next day and reviewed the entire selling process with us as well as making recommendations on what would help us sell our house (mainly simple suggestions that made a huge impact). When all the changes were made Todd came over and photographed our house (taking into account the time of day so the photos would look even better!) as well as scheduling our first open house and making sure that we understood the entire process should we receive offers etc. That night the listing went up and the photos were spectacular!!! We received multiple offers on our house and opened escrow in 1 1/2 weeks! I have to say that Todd was extremely professional, helpful, great sense of humor and most of all made the process enjoyable! In the years past, I used to be Todd's manager, and I saw the care and expertise that he gave to his clients. He was always professional and looking out for their best interest. His unique marketing and use of the Internet were always impressive to me. My home was a special home, filled with artwork and valuables, and I did not want just anyone walking through the house. And I knew that Todd would pre-screen buyers and personally attend the showings so that my house (and the items in it) would be well taken care of. My home was listed for over $2,495,000 in a very difficult market for high priced properties. We had several low offers and Todd stood firm with me on my price until we found a reasonable buyer. When the transaction was closed, I moved into a rental for a few month. Todd continuously sent me information about potential homes on the market. All in all, the service was excellent. I have seen Todd sell low priced homes and very high end homes. He gives his clients (buyers and seller) the same respect and courtesy regardless of the price of the home. If you are buying or selling a house, you MUST work with Todd Jones! I can't imagine a better real estate agent. My husband and I purchased our first home in the fall of 2010. It was a short-sale that had multiple offers by the time we saw it. Thanks to all of Todd's recommendations our offer was chosen and taken to the bank. I met Todd through a friend and co worker who had used his service to buy and sell multiple properties with great success.At that time I had an agent selling my current residents and used Todd to find a new place. I used two agents at that point. one to sell my home and Todd to help me find a new one. Recently, I called Todd to help us sell our home in LA near hawthorne which he did in about a week. All the while we were driving around Santa Clarita, Canyon country and Castaic with hi trying to find a new place. Which of course we found. He was great and patient. He also showed us an app for our phone that would alert us to homes for sale as we drove through select areas. We found our new home before our old one closed escrow and were able to move out of one and into the other.Todd possesses old school customer service. Which I find rare and highly valuable.

It went awesome ! We were so very lucky to have found this agent. We went through a month of using the wrong agents, trying to find one that was available or even cared about what WE wanted or needed. We wanted a house, not a condo, with a yard, near my husband's work in a nice neighborhood, for under 250,000. Todd was one of the only ones, not trying to tell us we had to buy a condo for the money we could afford. He was very very available to show us homes, when we needed it, as my husband has a very busy work schedule. Having met with other agents by myself, and being a woman, I was very comfortable with my safety with Todd as well. I would have had no problem meeting him alone at an empty home to see. He was also great about getting back with you quickly to confirm when to go see homes, so you could schedule the rest of your week. When going to see homes, he excelled in this area too. Not only did he get the combination codes needed for access in a timely fashion, he didn't try and sell us on any home we'd happen to see, he sincerely just wanted to find us a home that we'd be happy in which to live. He also would look at each home with an honest critical eye, not trying to hide flaws but help us find the perfect home. He also was able to recommend an excellent mortgage broker, Michelle Pelayo, which ended up being a huge favor. He found the home for us that we eventually purchased. I was very pro-active in looking, but missed this one. When we decided to make an offer it was a Saturday night. Todd went home, and did an online offer, and we were in place ahead of anyone else that would bid after us as early as that Saturday night-very cool. He worked tirelessly with the bank owned property agents to help get us the repairs that were needed. It seemed like if I hadn't spoken with Todd for a couple of days, and wanted to touch base, to see if certain things had been done, when I called, he had already handled whatever it was, and was simply awaiting an answer. We couldn't have been happier with finding him, and recommend him to everyone we know that looking for a real estate agent. We ended up, within our price range, finding a 2000 sq.' home with a yard, near my husband's work, vaulted ceilings, and an amazing view of the mountains. It is also, in a low crime area in a nice neighborhood-everything we wanted. We also have squirrels that look into the sliding glass doors at us, so cute and awesome. Todd Jones should be your real estate agent, if you want an honest, helpful, intellegent, hard working agent in this harder than expected process of buying a home.

Todd was very professional and got us top dollar for our property. When we sold our second property the market had crashed and we had to get out.
