+ 0 moreHe didn't properly install a drainage system. I now have moisture in my crawlspace because of his improper layout of the pipes and drains. There is one catch basin that is pretty useless. There is now also an area in my front yard that becomes a little lake every time it rains. Owner's name is Malik but his real name is Toumaria Archie. Have a better way of budgeting money for each project. Learn how to properly install a drainage system.
Description of Work: Removed front lawn and brick pathway. Regrade soil away from house. Install drainage system with French drains. He kept on asking for money, saying he needed to pay his subcontractors for the day. He also couldn't cash any of my checks. I had to go to the bank with him.
