+ 1 moreThe work turned out well. I think the workmanship was good. We did have one hiccup, where he missed a scheduled appointment without calling to warn me beforehand. In fairness, he did tell me that he was doing my work in between a bigger job he had already started. Overall, I was happy with the service. I would use him again if the circumstances were right.

+ 0 moreI needed several carpentry jobs done. I looked at Terrence's portfolio and met him and was certain I wanted to hire him. His work is so detailed and perfect. In spite of my job being small in comparison to what I saw in his portfolio, he was willing to do it and I was eager to hire him. I think the window of time was about 2 months from an initial meeting with him to the completion of the job due to a delay on my part regarding starting. He was punctual, polite, reliable, trustworthy. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I have recommended him to others.
Description of Work: Terrence did some carpentry for me before I was a member of Angie's List, so this is a report for work done about 3 years ago. The job was to build a gate, a fence surrounding a city size garbage can, a fence around a tankless water heater, a structure to house recycling bins and some bookshelves.
