The Rain Gutters

Let me be honest, The Rain Gutters was not my first choice. I usually like to go with more local places when I can, but when my first choice decided to blow me off, I'm so glad they did. Now like most home improvement projects, there are always a few bumps, but the staff at The Rain Gutters were excellent. 1. When requesting estimates, Lee was great. After scheduling an appointment, Lee showed up on time. Lee went over everything with me, including matching the best color to the paint on my house. He also broke down my estimate into sections of where I may or may not need replacement. There was no pressure sales, and no nagging phone calls or emails. I told him I would take a few weeks to decide, and he respected that time. 2. After being blown off by the other company, I called to schedule installation. This step was quick and easy, and we were ready to go in a week. 3. The morning of installation, Alejandro and Francisco were on site. There was an issue with angle of my fascia board, and the gutter size that was selected. Francisco said that he could custom bend a larger gutter to suit my needs. After discussing the options with the office, I went with a larger gutter for a small increase in material fees. No rescheduling, the company sent the material via UBER. 4. Here's the big bump. Since I had Lee break the estimate into parts, no one, including myself, went over the estimate in depth. It wasn't until we started the job, that is was noticed that we did not add all sections of the breakdown in the estimate together. Vian from the office called me quickly to rectify the situation. Together we discussed the actual price, and also compared the price with other 4 quotes that I had previously received. From there, Vian worked with her boss and myself to come to an agreeable price, where I was still within my budget, and they would not have to eat too much material cost. 5. As I went to check on the home near completion, Francisco mentioned that there might be a drainage issues in one area of the house, and asked if I would like another downspout installed. He did this custom work at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace/repair your gutters. This company and staff seem to be very honest, and have great communication. Personally, I myself work in customer service, and the staff at The Rain Gutters did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied.
