The Maids of West Los Angeles

I have used this company twice. Their service is very expensive, but worthwhile in a pinch. It cost $240.00 for two hours of work by three people. The first visit was great -- they worked so hard and accomplished a lot in two hours. The house sparkled. The second visit did not go as well. Some of the workers actually spent time standing around and chatting -- it was a very different experience. The house wasn't nearly as clean as the previous visit. When I reported this by email to the central office I got an immediate response from the local office run by Jennie Lim, and I was given a reduced price. They also assured me that this would never happen again. The grades above reflect an average of the experiences I've had with them. Although they quickly responded to the problem, I still feel a little hesitant about using them... maybe in a pinch

They're pretty good, reliable, and fast. I sometimes wonder if they're maybe too fast. They're pretty reasonable as well, which is hard to come by.

They do a fairly good job most of the time. The last time they came I wasn't completely satisfied. I will continue to have them come because they normally do a good job. The last time they didn't pay much attention to the smaller details and didn't clean any of the glass.

I really like this company a lot as they come ready to work, no sitting around. I also like the fact that it is not one person they send out but it s a crew of people. Nothing has ever been broken nor come up missing either.

These people are very professional. In addition to doing a really good job cleaning, in over a year of service they have never missed a day or had to reschedule due to lack of staff available to clean my house. This is something I have consistently had problems with when using other cleaning services. Also, they don't use any bleach, so I have not had any damage to carpets and towels with these cleaners. They are pricey, but you do get what you pay for in this case.
