They ultimately got the job done. The only reason I don't give them an A is because there was an issue with them initially not being able to unclog the drain and saying they had to Hydro jet it. I ended up spending time figuring out whether I wanted to do that or not, and doing my research, while they were still at the property. While I was doing so, they eventually contacted us to let us know that they had brought in a bigger snake and were able to solve the problem. Therefore, as I said, they ultimately did a good job, but I felt like I unnecessarily had to look into the whole Hydro jet thing, when it probably would have been better if they would have tried the bigger snake first and then determine that Hydro jetting was necessary. That being said, they were worth the money. And I'd use them again.

The telephone receptionist was very polite and efficient. I asked her for same day service and she gave me an appoiintment within a two hour time period. She told me in advance the cost woould be $299, which seemed very reasonable to me. The technicians, Austin and Manny, arrived on time and were attentive, interested and addressed all my concerns politely. They emptied the tank and then visually inspected the emptied tank with flash lights, They then demonstrated to me what they found (which is that the tank was not only empty but not requiring any additional servicing at this time.) I was surprised when I found out they werer from Sylmar, 50 miles away, but they told me they regualrly travel throughout the LA, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino. counties.
