The telephone contact, Annie, was well-informed, easy to understand and enthusiastic. She gave me clear, specific information about prices, procedures, their location, hours and even parking. Upon my arrival, she took a complete, careful history of the problem, which was entered into the system so as to be communicated directly to the technician. She took all of my information, and entered it into the system, accurately. She knew how to spell English words, without my having to spell every single word of my name and address. She promised to have my laptop looked at within two days, but, as it turns out, they were able to begin looking at it the very same day I dropped it off. The most amazing part of the experience was that THEY KEPT IN CONSTANT EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH ME, THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, requesting additional information about the problems I had experienced and letting me know what they were doing and why, every step of the way. In addition, the estimate was updated throughout this process so that there were no surprises at the end. I felt very well taken care of. I felt as if they were respecting my time and my money. I LOVE these guys. They ended up just charging me the minimum, although the emails and phone calls alone must have cost them more time than I was charged for, not even counting the time they spent running diagnostic tests and removing viruses. I had actually used them, a month or so earlier, for a remote intervention. That also went well. The technician accessed my computer, remotely, and operated on it without ever putting his hands on it. The fee was, again, very reasonable. He was clear and helpful, without making me feel like a dimwit, which sometimes happens when techies work with novices like me. No reservations. They ROCK.
