We had mold in the ceiling of one room and under the house. My spouse was going to have a bone marrow transplant and our home needed to be mold free before she came home. This provider was referred to me by a really good mold technician to do the remediation and repair the damage. The owner of the company came out promptly and did a great sales job, telling me how they liked small jobs and how many things they would take care of for me while they were there, including fixing a gate and garage door. When my spouse and I went to the hospital, I arranged for a friend to stay here to supervise the work. We were not at all satisfied with the work or the service. TBG technicians did not show up on time, and we felt like we were sandwiched in between other jobs. At the end, they took $500 off their estimate because they said we did not need some of the work they quoted (installing a fan under then house, grading the side yard). I think what happened is they underbid that work and just didn't want to do it. I had to call a number of times to get them to finish the details they contracted for, and even now the work is not complete. All in all, I feel like they sold me and did not really deliver what they promised.

They did about two weeks of work for us. They painted the exterior of the house and tiled the kitchen. The work is very high quality and the price is very reasonable. They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. They're the best experience I've had with a contractor.
