+ -1 moreIt went very well, since with all of their extra effort Bruce and his team were able to get out all of the roots. I asked for a quote for getting the sewer line relined and Bruce told me he'd have to return with a camera. But he was never able to come by. It was very difficult getting hold of him on the phone, although in the end we usually were able to. But he is so busy that it is very difficult to get him to come by. However, I recommend Swift Plumbing and we will be using them again. First of all, they're honest, which can be difficult to come by in the Plumbing business. Second, when they couldn't clear out all of the roots after one attempt they came by a 2nd time and spent over two hours with a stronger jet and were able to clear out the rest of the roots - all at no extra charge. My only issue is that it is hard to get hold of them and hard to schedule appointments. Once an appointment day and time are agreed upon they do come by for that time, but it was very hard to arrange the follow-up visits. But if you want an honest, hard-working, trustworthy plumber, Swift Plumbing is a great choice.
Description of Work: A different plumber was unable to clear our sewer line of roots and recommended getting it lined at a cost of about $12,000. Swift Plumbing came in and jetted the line and was able to get out most of the roots but there was still one blockage they couldn't clear out. But then the owner Bruce Gaines came out personally and had two of his employees try a second time; this time they were able to clear out all of the roots. There was no extra charge for the 2nd attempt.

+ 0 moreI feel like they are very reasonable and they do a a good job. They do have issues with puncuality. I do use them and will continue to use them in the future. The owner is very honest, competent, and I trust him.
Description of Work: Swift Plumbing does maintenance on all of our plumbing on both houses that we have, such as clearing the lines and taking roots out of the drain.

+ -1 moreWe are so fortunate to have found Bruce Games/Swift Plumbing nearly 2 years ago during a construction project at our house. He is so dependable and honest. He and his workers are very courteous and trustworthy (we love Frank). We work long hours and can trust Bruce and his employees in our home unsupervised, if needed. We have used his services several times in the past 2 years. He is always on time and cleans up after the job is completed. No job is too big or too small. They provided all the plumbing for our new construction 2 years ago. Today, they arrived on time, installed a mirror on our Marble shower wall without incident. We were nervous that the Marble would crack when drilling into it but Bruce and Frank took their time and were very careful upon installation. They also provided some maintenance services for us: adjusted the kitchen faucet, serviced the tankless water heater, and cleaned some ugly deposits out of our shower drain. We are VERY particular customers and Bruce takes great care of us and our home. It is so refreshing to have finally found a reliable and reasonable plumber in the west side of Los Angeles.

Description of Work: He cleaned out a drain pipe that ran from our washing machine to the regular kitchen drain pipe, and he also cleaned out the kitchen drain pipe to the main line.
