I terminated my contract with him, and he did return the $300.00
Description of Work: I contracted verbally with Remington Bernot and Surface Designers to create a concrete countertop for my home kitchen. He was given a check for $300.00 (one half of the cost of the work to be done), which he cashed and did not deliver the samples or the countertop.

I don't contract verbally, I immediately send over invoices with paid receipts. We terminated our contract due to becoming delayed on a previous job, [member name removed] then became very paranoid and making allegations of stealing her money and being dishonest. If you're a designer in a custom field like myself I recommend avoiding this problem client. She has libeled my name andI am honest hard working and have dedicated my entire life to this career, I have never held another job in my life. This is what I do, proudly and ethically.
