Superior Stone Works

I hired Babken “Bob” at Superior Stone works to fabricate my countertops and backsplash for my outdoor kitchen. If didn’t miss or reschedule or appointments he was always late. I always find myself calling him multiple times to reach him. He no showed at a few of my appointments. After installation was complete a few months later all 3 pieces of my backsplash came down. Luckily they didn’t break. After months of waiting for Babken to return, he returned and reinstalled that backsplash. He has glued to the stucco and the stucco had come undone. Photos attached. The second time around he removed the stucco and reinstalled 2 months later the stone slowly starting detaching from the wall again. Photo also attached. A few months later the stone came down and damaged by grill and kitchen area. It has been over 3 months the stone is behind held by concrete blocks so it doesn’t fall and break. Babken has not returned my calls or my texts in nearly 3 months. My backsplash is still detached from the wall. I am forced to hire someone else to finish the job that Babken and Superior Stone could not finish. Please stay away from these guys they are unreliable always late and unresponsive, especially when there is a problem. I will also attach phone logs and text message logs to see his lack of response.

Working with Babken was a pleasure. He is extremely punctual and has great communication. The quality of his work is excellent and one doesn't have to second guess his prices. I had horrible past experiences until I was introduced to Superior Stone Works. When working with him I got exactly what I wanted with no hassles and at a great price.
