Tony and his assistant were very responsive to my inquiry. They were efficient, scheduled the service asap and arrived promptly to pick up. They did a great job of cleaning the carpet and went the extra mile installing the pad and carpet partially beneath a heavy bed frame. Super nice people. Plan to hire them again to clean my white sofas.

The service was great. I had drapery steaming to get out wrinkles and creases. There was excellent communication about the appointment. The crew was nice, very capable, efficient and tidy. The service went as good as it could go.

When the cleaning was done, I asked if they could hold them until a major home project was completed, which I greatly appreciated! Excellent service. They went above and beyond cleaning my carpets, easy chair and Roman shade. Helped with moving furniture and boxes out of way since we are elderly and could not do the heavy lifting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Tony called me literally minutes after I'd submitted my request quotes and we set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly at the start of the two hour window we'd scheduled. The price was very reasonable and on top of all that, they did a beautiful job. We have white carpet and it was pretty dirty, but no longer! I can't recommend them enough and will definitely hire them again.

Tony was very helpful and responsive to help me get started on getting the carpet clean. Henry did an amazing job on our carpet, it looked good if not better than when I first moved into my apartment. On top of that he volunteered to vacuum our hallway free of charge! Even offered to clean our hallway carpet as well but we have a little one running around through the hallway all day so I decided not to go for that. Would definitely recommend and plan on calling these guys back when I need the carpet to be cleaned again! Very affordable too!

My Superior Carpet Cleaning delivered superior service, my drapes look refreshed and new again! They took the time to hang the drapes back up perfectly, and even steamed them to perfection. This is the 2nd time I have used their service for my drapes, and I will always only use them to clean my carpets, upholstery and drapes. A+ Polite and professional too!

Tony was professional and prompt to call, and arrive at his appointment. He explained the process of how he would remove the drapes which are quite long and large. He and his assistant we’re careful and systematic and drapes came back spotless

I had six area rugs that needed cleaning. Three large, two runners and a small circular. They were pretty dirty -- we have pets and we didn't upkeep the rugs during the Pandemic. Tony was great, efficient and very personable. The rugs looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

It went perfect! Superior carpet cleaners have cleaned my carpets a number of times. This time had large coffee stains on bedroom carpet. They did a perfect job.

The Cleaners called ahead, were prompt, followed Covid protocol, were very polite & professional. They looked at the job & discussed our concerns with us, offered their plan for solutions and did a fabulous job!! They worked very hard and had real attention for details. Amazing! Tony was very quick to reply. He worked with my schedule and location. We had bought sofas and sofa beds as used. Needed them cleaned before anyone used them due to cleanliness but also the COVID situation. He got all the stains out and made everything look brand new. He even had a time slot open up last minute and reached out if he could come then which worked out perfectly bc it got the job done even sooner. I would definitely hire him again and HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!!
