Kitchen looks good but the quality of work is disappointing. Flooring they recommended is peeling up and they did not pit caulking along a certain part of the counter. Also they charged me for an electrical panel that kept turning off my stove or garbage disposal if I turned on too many appliances. So upset that I trusted the main person.

Eli gave us a great price and Edwin was wonderful to work with. He was very patient and really worked hard to give us what we wanted.

I found Superb Builders online and arranged an on-site review and estimate. Eli came out promptly, understood my vision and even gave some great design updates for my condo in San Francisco. I received bids from 5 other contractors but was most impressed with theirs because of their confidence to get the job done in under two months, familiarity with construction work in San Francisco, and competitive pricing. I reached out to some of their references and got good tips - both positive and constructive recommendations - which were very helpful in the decision making process. I also visited one of their San Francisco projects to get a sense of their work in person. My project included updating two bathrooms, kitchen, flooring throughout, and some demolition of dated items like built ins and fireplaces. They started the project on time and finished EARLY! (6 weeks) And I couldn't be any more pleased with the quality of work. My neighbors in my condo building were impressed too: Superb consistently had a crew of workers on site getting the job done; respected noise and working hour restrictions. Overall, great experience and loving my updated home!

Absolutely unprofessional. They signed a contract to do the smallest remodel for a $25k. Then got greedy and tried to jack up the price 30%. Joe the general contractor tried to get out of his signed and agreed upon contract by coming up with the most pathetic bs excuses. He did to us the very last week before we submit to HoA for approval. Disgusting, I would not recommend them to anyone. The worst experience ever. All I can say is karma. Id never wish them on anyone.

My kitchen was old and from the 1940's. I had it remodeled with Suberb Builders and I am SO HAPPY with the quality of the work and how the kitchen turned out. All my friends and family love it! I would highly recommend this contractor and plan to use them for other remodel needs I will do in the future.

Eli and his crew have done great work, and the project has moved along at a brisk pace. We got great deals @ contractor prices that Superb doesn't mark up. We've had occasional mix-ups due to communications between us and the project supervisor, but nothing that wasn't easily corrected. We're not quite done, but everything so far is looking good!

The kitchen remodel went like clockwork. Victor took care of all the permits and the inspections. Work done in 4 and a half weeks, 1 and a half weeks ahead of schedule. Roy was a good project manager, he helped me make decisions on the placement of the cabinetry,etc. He fully accomodated my wishes on certain parts of the project. I love my new kitchen so much I want to move my bed into it.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel on our 1930's house in San Francisco. We hired Superior Builders and are so happy with the outcome. We wanted to remain true to the character of the house, but with modern touches. Benjamin was fantastic to work with. Some of the biggest positives were: 1) Craftsmanship - Everything was done to a high quality. We were especially concerned about the encaustic cement tiles on the floor. They were expensive and they had to be installed in a very particular way, and they turned out fantastic. 2) Workers - All the workers that came to our house were very polite and helpful. They made sure they did the work to our specifications. We also always felt like we could trust them when we weren't home. 3) Easy to work with - Whenever something didn't go as planned or like we wanted, Benjamin and his crew were very quick to fix the issue, or to explain what they could and couldn't do. 4) Design assistance - We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted in our kitchen and the style. But Benjamin came up with some suggestions that were really good that we incorporated into the design. 5) Price - Superior was not the cheapest bid we received and they were not the most expensive. But we do feel like we got an excellent value for the quality of the work. We feel like we will more than get the value back if we ever sell our house. Of course, not everything goes perfectly when you do a big remodel job. Scheduling sometimes fell behind, but considering the difficulty of getting skilled workers in the Bay area, we did not feel the delays were unreasonable. We were very picky when choosing a contractor, as this was a big expenditure for us, but we're really happy we used Benjamin and Superior. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen.

The process takes awhile and you need to be prepared for delays. End product was great.

The contact that coordinates the work cashed the check and never showed up to finish the job. I'd never hire this company again, and I'd advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs.

Excellent service, work and very timely. Reliable.

The project was top notch. They totally repaired, upgraded, and remodeled all 3 units of our 4Plex in 4-5 weeks. They not only consistently showed up on time, but also finished the project early. Especially Alice Shen, the owner of the company, worked 110% hard to get things done to the satisfaction of us, her customers. The final project turned out great! We highly recommend her and her company Bayside Builders, Inc. for any important and major projects of home repairs, improvement and remodeling works Wilson Lu, W E Investments.

Every evening they cleaned up their work area. The job was done in the timeframe given up front.

They were great workers in the master bathroom. But when they got to the guest bath, they starting to not stay as late to work my project. The men that worked on the guest bath were different than the men that did my master bath. Although they did cover my carpets, they got tar and other materials on the carpet in my bedroom and other materials on the carpet inside my front door. I hired a carpet cleaner, and the stains still exist to the point that I may need to completely replace the carpets.

Superb Builders sided our entire home, and the pricing, timeline and quality of work was excellent. From the sales process through the final completion and inspection of all of the work, the team throughout was thorough and detailed. They made sure that everything was done perfectly even working on a tight timeline. I do not make a major home decision lightly without extensive research and quotes, and with that being said, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Superb Builders are one of the best and reliable contractors out there. Did couple projects with David and his guys. First, you're find David is very responsive to his client, small, large, simple or complex projects. Doesn't matter to David, you're all the same. He's honest, and his guys are top notch. Trustworthy, prompt and true professionals all around. Ill be keeping them on my short list of contractors/go to guys for sure!! FIVE STARS all around.
