Description of Work: Sunstarter was very professional in the way they managed our solar installation from start to turn on. Their sales representative,Tony Ko, had in-depth knowledge of the performance tradeoffs involved with the different panels they could install and came up with design that met our needs at a cost that was several thousands of dollars less than other installers that used Sunpower panels. | |The father-son team that did our site survey and installation were licensed contractors with years of experience in doing commercial and residential installations. They were persistent in finishing our installation even though it took longer than expected due to having to replace numerous roof tiles. Our installation required the installation of a new electrical panel, and the new panel and re-plastering of cut out required looks like new, right down to the match of the new paint. | |When our monitoring system had problems their vice president, Steve Kiesling, came out on a weekend to make the changes required and to verify that the system was working as designed. | |We were very satisfied with this installation and would recommend Sunstarter to anyone interested in going solar for their electrical power needs.
