+ -1 moreFull disclosure, I was not the customer of Steve Rogers. I am the neighbor of the customer, but because my upstairs neighbors needed to test the sound transmission of their new floors, they had to coordinate with me. Steve was responsive, quick, and professional. He clearly had a lot of experience and his work showed a high level of quality.

+ -1 moreSteve is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the different tests to me before I hired him. He is friendly and helpful and was accommodating of my schedule. He arrived on time to set up the equipment in my unit, only to find out that my downstairs neighbor, who was supposed to let him into her unit to perform the tests, did not show up as arranged. After an hour of waiting, we decided that we'd have to reschedule. He was very gracious and did not charge any additional fees for the couple of hours that he wasted.
Description of Work: Conducted Field Impact Insulation Class (FIIC) and Noise Isolation Class (NIC) tests on my newly installed laminate hardwood floor to check for compliance with the sound isolation requirements of the CC&Rs of my condominium association.
