At fist, he seemed as an honest innocent guy who gave a very fare price. Soon I found out that he lied about passing inspections to get more money until it got to a point where he wouldn't continue unless we would change the agreed payment schedule so he could get more money sooner. He would often not show to work and would use material money for himself giving bad checks to the provider!! He did not pay his bills and sub contractors either. I practically paid him 35,000 to do demo work. His workmanship was so bad and needed to be replaced and corrected at a fortune. This was the worst construction nightmare anybody could ever imaging. Stay away from this guy at any cost!! Do not fall for his innocent appearance. This guy is a con artist!
Description of Work: Mr. Houston was hired as a contractor to do a complete home renovation. The project ended prematurely when he breached the our agreement and posed an ultimatum to change the payment schedule agreed upon.

He is honest and good. He is just unbelievable and I enjoy working with him. He does everything from moulding, painting, changing ceiling, windows, plumbing and more.
