Tons of problems 1) Mover "foreman" was injured and limping when he arrived. 2) Foreman refused to move televisions unless I paid him extra under the table. 3) Refused to move a large variety of items, so much so that I had to go back the next day with a rented truck and finish the move myself. 4) Dropped my filing cabinet off the truck at the new house. 5) Starving Students has refused to respond to my contact afterwards. TERRIBLE moving company. Do NOT use!

2 guys came out and only 1 guy worked. It took them 10 hours to move a 2 bedroom townhouse. They broke my $3000 bedroom set and are only offering me $80

They were quick and they didn't break anything or damage our house. They met all our expectations.

It didn't go very well. They broke a front iron stair tread. I tried to resolve this with them and they would not work with me. The damage was about $700, and they would not take responsibility for it.

The experience was TERRIBLE! It took them 8 hours to move my 2-bedroom house. They scratched my furniture, came unprepared for the move (did not have tools to take my bed apart), had old boxes and dollies (straps were gone or torn), and charged me without my final authorization. They were so slow, I took more than 30 boxes to the truck myself; they moved my entire bed in full because they didn't have a wrench to take it apart; they brought wardrobe boxes that fell inward; they carried boxes marked "fragile" upside down; they scratched tables; and banged my doors. It was so bad I ran out and rented an extra large public storage unit because I did not want them to take my good furniture up stairs. I called the supervisor, Rose, four (4) times to complain but she never returned any of my calls. I called Customer Service, they didn't return my call. I would have turned them away at the beginning of the move but it was too late; my home had been sold. I will NEVER use them again. I even had to cancel my credit card because they charged me twice. It was TERRIBLE from beginning to end.

While we were driving to the new location, they pulled off the road to get a drink of water or something. They claimed to have gotten lost for over an hour, which I had to pay for. I offered them water before we left, so they weren't thirsty; I think they were just trying to drag out the day.

This company ended up getting lost during the move transportation of my items. They decided to exit the freeway and get something to drink causing them to get lost. I finally found them and we got back together. This whole fiasco took over 45 min that was added to my total. I do not believe that I should have been held responsible for their confusion. For which I was charged. Also, the guy with whom I spoke with talked incredibly fast and confused me. Be aware.

Starving students moved me from an apartment in the U District to an apartment in Lynnwood. They were decently quick and efficient, and my only complaint was that they didn't work as quickly as they probably could have. However, they navigated furniture down the stairs of my 1918 apartment and down a narrow path and up the concrete stairs of my new apartment without complaint.

PROFESSIONAL MEN MOVED FURNITURE AND CLOTHING IN A TIMELY FASHION. NOTHING WAS BROKEN, I HAD PACKED BOXES BEFORE THEY ARRIVED, SO IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF LOADING AND UNLOADING THE TRUCKS.
