+ -1 moreIn a world full of contractors that don't show up, Star team shows up early. My favorite memory of John is when he initially came by for the quote. When we talked to him on the phone he said he was super busy and he could only come by at 7am on Sunday. We had been out late the night before and assumed he wouldn't show, but at 7am there he was. He said, "My wife thinks I'm crazy, but I am awake anyway so I might as well work." From that moment on I never questioned that he would be where he said he was going to be, and he always was. This would be enough to hire him, Also the team is perfectionists and are the best at what they do. There wasn't a problem that they couldn't solve and there wasn't a project that wasn't completed with the last detail in mind. Their workmanship is superb. Crew also created a new room in our home which required redirecting a staircase, rebuilt a complicated railing, moved doorways and installed wood floors. I would hire and recommend Star Hard Scaping LA anytime. I feel lucky to have found them.
Description of Work: Star Hard Scaping LA team did a wonderful job for my remodel. They removed old tile and installed new tile over my entire downstairs and installed a glass tile fireplace front. The floor tile is was a very difficult job with respect to the tile removal and leveling needed. The flooring now looks beautiful. I receive lots of compliments on their fantastic job on both the floor and the glass fireplace.
