Description of Work: False advertising, lying salespeople. No loyalty shown to 15 years long customer. Deception shown throughout. I was tricked into signing a contract for $699 on an electronic signing page. Without seeing the contract first. At no time was that amount mentioned to me by salesgirl. Before you say that was pretty dumb of me, it was always the way I had gotten my last 3 phones from Sprint in the past and she did not correct my assumption of a free phone with a new 2 year contact that something had changed and the phone was $699. I have since seen on blogs that I'm not the first person this had happened to. |

+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. The good thing is that when anyone has an international family it's very cheap to call them. They are price friendly and cheap for the kind of services that they offer.
Description of Work: SPRINT is our landline service provider. They provide services to make international phone calls at no additional costs and also a few local calls throughout the United States.
