Overall, Hernan's crew did a good job. Even the inside of my oven had been cleaned when I wasn't expecting it! There were a few spots that were missed but I did speak with Hernan for future visits and he was very open to discussing what went right and what didn't. I have had a second cleaning on July 10 and already they touched on the things that had been discussed so that's progress. I will continue using Sparkling Kleen!

We were pretty happy with them. They are very easy to communicate with to set up appointments and receive updates and they provide good service. If I were to recommend them, I would say that they are a two person crew who come out and do a great job and it is very easy to schedule them and their pricing is pretty reasonable.

The interaction went okay. They really rushed and underestimated how much it is going to take and they didn't do such a hard job. I called and sent photographs to the owner and he lowered the price so next time I have them I am getting a half price. I was away for three months and I haven't had a chance to clean the house and there was dust, cob webs and dust bunnies and it needed a really, really good clean. I said I have a lot of charge keys and stuff like books so they estimated for about three hours and they were here for five. For the full clean up they have another appointment. They were rushing and double checking each other's work and the owner said that's his fault because he figured three hours and over booked on them. It was very amicable thing and they are actually coming back on Wednesday to clean again. They were really good.

Hernan arrived on time and made sure all our questions were answered before and during cleaning. We noticed the attention to detail and hard work during our service visit. Very professional cleaning service. We felt for the service provided, money well spent. Will refer his cleaning service to others. Note, even though we agreed on one person for cleaning, Hernan jumped right in and helped out throughout the cleaning process.
