+ 8 moreWhen my wife and I contemplated a massive remodel of our 1930and prime;s vintage home, it was not without some serious trepidation. All we had ever heard about people's experience with remodels were horror stories. Happily, we have none to relate. Roy and his team started and finished on time, everything ran as smoothly as can be imagined, and all rough spots paved over immediately. An example-during the rains of last year, remodel nearing completion, a massive tree branch fell on our just finished, new roof and simultaneously the basement began to flood. Roy had somebody diverting the flood within an hour, the tree branch was off the roof the next day and the roof was repaired by the end of the week. You need to find a special company to get that kind of service.
Description of Work: What started as a kitchen and bathroom remodel has turned into a complete remodel of tri level canyon home with a room addition in the kitchen. No part was left untouched, floors, doors, windows, paint, exterior stucco, new roof, complete landscape remodel (and that's for the whole three lots) sound system throughout the house, a media room and more. The whole property was completely remodeled to the nines according to the fabulous design by Lori Dennis Inc.
