Smith Brothers Appliance Repair

A year before that cleaning I had someone come and clean it but apparently they did not do a good job. Tony, from Smith Brothers Appliance Repair, came right on time, opened the dryer, actually took it completely apart, and cleaned it! He was proffesional and quick and I feel like I have a new dryer now.. I was going to buy a new one.. :)

WARNING!!!!!! Do not hire anyone from this company!!! The and quot;technicianand quot; that came to my house was horrible!!! First of all, they said that they are an authorized Miele technician and they are not (checked with the company). Secondly, he told me that I need to replace the drain pump in my dishwasher, which cost $295 and then pay them another $200 for the service and that I should call him directly, not through the company. I could tell that he was lying and when the next day I got an authorized Miele technician to come, he found 2 pieces of small plastic pieces that the guy from the day before left inside the drain pump! He sabotaged it!!! Also, I did not need to replace anything. What upset me even more is that the company didn't seem to be too concerned about it.

I set up an appointment between 3 and 7 pm October 22nd. They never showed up. I waited 4 hours and they never came. When I called they said they were sorry but there was an error. There were no technicians still on duty and they could not come. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO SHOW UP. They said they would schedule an appointment the next day but how could I believe that they would show up then? If I had not been there they would have charged me for the service call. I see a number of very positive reviews of this company but I simply can not believe them. You should not either. Find someone else to do the work. Here is copy of my confirmation. Appliance Service Appointment Cancellation Policy If you'd like to cancel an appointment, it needs to be done at least 2 hours prior the scheduled time frame. Otherwise there is a penalty that is equaled to the amount of the service fee. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.

The service was fine. No one had been able to find the problem and he took about forty five minutes to find and fix it. I would say they are smart because they found the problem, fixed it and have reasonable prices.

I was really pleased. Their service was great. They were efficient, prompt, and did the job well. Everything now seems to be fine.

They went out and fixed something in 20 minutes and charged her well over $200.00. I feel they took advantage of her. My mom who was trying to be nice did not say anything.

We weren't sure if we should buy a new one or get it fixed. He found that a gear was broken and was able to fix it. It was a much lower price than buying a new one. Their service was pretty good.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly, fixed it, explained the problem, and gave suggestions on avoiding future problems.

They weren't good at communicating but other than that, the service itself was fine.
