Did a great job when we moved into our new house

From the start, Simple Moving was so helpful and professional - reps on the phone talked us through details, the follow-up correspondence was thorough and useful, and the team on the day of our move was great. Everything went smoothly and kept us relaxed, knowing our things were in good hands!

It was a pretty great process! The movers were timely, communicative, and efficient. My main criticism was that they were quick to pack everything, but didnt necessarily label/separate everything as it was packed. That made the move into our new place a little more difficult because we'd have to individually check boxes to see what was in them and what room it belonged in. Had the boxes and furniture in bedroom A and B been labeled, it would have been quicker and the movers wouldnt have had to ask where each individual box goes. And when we started unpacking, there were boxes that were split, like half kitchen and half closet, so then that got a little more tough to unpack quickly. But overall, the movers took care of our stuff and were a great investment into making our move much much much easier!

10/10 would recommend Simple Moving Company! They were very careful with moving our belongings, including two couches and an ottoman, and were mindful of time.

My wife and I chose SimpleMoving because they advertised that they did not use third-party contractors or share the truck with other people moving at the same time. We also confirmed this with SimpleMoving when placing the order over the phone and they told us the same. When the movers arrived on the day of the move, they were in fact third-party contractors and not employees of SimpleMoving. The movers also told us our truck was going to be shared with another in-town move happening that day. When we contacted SimpleMoving they provided no answer as to why they renegged on their promise and pulled a bait-and-switch on us. We had no choice but to continue with these movers as it was the last day of our lease and we had to move that day. We also requested to have at lease 3 movers for our move due to the long distance involved, amount of stuff being moved, and the distance to the truck parking area and the apartments at both origin and destination locations. We had to argue with SimpleMoving over the phone about why three movers was necessary and in the end only got the three movers for the beginning of the move and then only two for the end. I will never use Simple Moving again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

We hired three movers for our apartment move, the guys were friendly and super efficient - made the move in the time quoted, no damages, very organized. Easy to book and discuss the move as well. Would hire them again!

Trace and Gerrerredo were great. I was very impressed with their professional and courteous demeanor. Every concern I had during the move didn’t really need to be expressed because they already had solutions for it. They both did great jobs with me.
