Extremely smoothly and their work is great! As the picky type, I found a very slight flaw in one piece of wood on a small part of one of the closet doors and had some other very minor concern a regarding the door opening and staying in place in one area. I mentioned these minor issues to the owner of Shutters and More and he immediately sent someone to take care of the issues. So everything went very well with this company; so well, that I have hired them again for the same kind of work in one more room. If only every company worked as professionally and as well as these guys do.

I met Dave (Factory Manager) when I went to Shutters and More to inquire about having shutters installed in three different areas of my house. I made an appointment with Dave to come out to my house to take measurement and give me a quote. When Dave arrived he had samples with him so that I could see the product. He was able to show me what the shutters would look like once they were installed. I found Dave to be very courtesy and very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable. I had gotten three other quotes from other company's and Shutters and More was less. Their product was also better than any of the other companies that I had researched. On installation day, the shutters were installed with no hassle and they look fabulous! I received a follow-up letter from the President of the company (Barry Sable) thanking me for my business and providing me with maintenance steps on how to protect the shutters. This company was professional, on time, had the best prices and did custom installation.

They did a very good job. The product is very good. Their installers were very good, very helpful.

We received estimates from 3 suppliers for this effort. Shutters and More not only had what we believe are higher quality products but their timeliness and cost were much better than their competitors. In addition, all the shutters including the existing ones were color matched per our request. We made an appointment with Barry Sable (company owner) to develop an estimate for the work to be performed. Barry arrived right on time and was very easy to work with. After taking numerous measurements, Barry left to develop an estimate. We received his estimate the next day and scheduled an installation date for late November 2012. While we waited, we decided to add 5 more windows to the effort. Barry added these windows to his estimate and was able to maintain the November delivery date. Dave and Antonio arrived as scheduled and completed 90% of the installation effort. Antonio returned the next day and completed the remaining work. These gentlemen were very professional and exceptionally good at their work. Their overall effort was excellent - from initial prep to installation to final alignment and cleanup. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering the addition of shutters to their home. Exceptional quality, professional installation and competitive pricing.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I received estimates from two other companies and Shutters and More's pricing was very competitive because they manufacture their own shutters, made of solid basswood. Barry, the company owner, arrived on time and measured all windows. I highly valued his input and design suggestions for aligning them with the lines in my windows as well as the best color shade of white for my home. Antonio arrived 3 weeks later to install them. I couldn't believe one person was going to be able to install all the windows and the closet doors by himself in less than 5 hours, but he did. He was so neat and quiet, it was remarkable. The shutters are BEAUTIFUL. All of my neighbors have stopped to tell me how beautiful my house looks (from the outside). And from the inside it is like having a beautiful new piece of furniture in every room. I am also very happy because Shutters and More gives a lifetime warranty on their products. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased.
