Description of Work: We hired Shenon Construction to remodel our small guest bathroom. In addition, we had a new electrical panel put in and we installed new copper pipes for the water. Tom and his project manager Ellie were very responsive and helpful in all phases of the project, from design to completion. We made a a number of changes and Tom and Eli and their crew were able to accommodate us. Tom and Ellie are very knowledgeable with every of construction - design, plumbing, electrical, etc.,and that translates into to a great company.

+ 0 moreWe saw Shenon Construction’s yard sign in the neighborhood and decided to try one more estimate, since no one yet gave us a good vibe we were looking for. We called his office, and Tom came that weekend and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and experience, but also kindness and lack of pressure. He gave suggestions and options no one else thought of before. Initially, we decided to hire him just for blueprints for retaining walls excavation and a room addition. Tom guided us through the design process with lots of patience. We had a strict budget and Tom always had the best ideas how to stay within. Of course, once the plans were approved, and after the great bond we had built, we hired him for the big project and we can’t thank him enough. Tom and his crew were always considerate and respectful of our property. Their work was as clean as you can expect a construction project to be. We highly recommend meeting Tom, and using the team. We are happy to show our project to his potential clients.

+ 1 moreConstruction is messy and unpredictable. You can discover horrible things about the house you just purchased, it can take longer than expected and become more expensive. I have done projects in the past, and it was always more complex than what I had initially anticipated. The difference that I felt with Shenon Construction is enormous though. Tom is transparent; he keeps you informed with every step of the way. He communicates the challenges they come across, so nothing is ever a surprise. He is a great listener, and truly does everything in his power to alleviate any concerns you may have. He is a problem solver; and can handle anything that may cross his road. Most importantly, he is a pleaser. I had no doubt that at completion of our project I would be satisfied, because he would not have it any other way. Now that the dust, and challenges are forgotten, I look back at the project with fond memories, and love my remodel beyond words.
Description of Work: Originally, just a powder room and master bathroom remodel. As plumbing problems were discovered, I had also do repiping.
