Description of Work: They were very quick to send someone out (emailed on Saturday, and someone came out on Monday.) I had a bad food-like smell coming from my refrigerator. I had THOUROUGHLY cleaned it out, so I thought maybe it was coming from underneath (like mildew in the drip pan.) | |The gentleman called me and said he was already at the apt, 2 hours before the scheduled appt time. I had to leave work early to meet him. He said he could do nothing for food smells, and insisted he could only look at the compressor for a possible electrical smell (which it wasn't.) He refused to look at anything else.

Description of Work: My washing machine died, they came over and looked it over and said the repair was going to cost $700 so I told them I would just go by a new one, which they agreed was the best solution.  + -1 moreI have a sub zero refrigerator. woke up on Sunday to find out the fridge was not cold. some of my food was spoiled. I tried calling several local companies from yellow pages and they were all closed on Sundays. I found this company through yp.com. they were able to come out to my house within 2 hour window. Technician came out and he determined the problem. He explained to me what needed to be done. Gave me a written estimate of $282 total which included parts, labor and tax. I told him to go ahead and proceed with repair and approximately in less than an hour he was done and my fridge works perfectly. I am happy with this company. The technician was reliable professional clean. The even cover my floor with mat before start of work. I did not expect to have such a quick service and would recommend this company to anyone in need.
