Description of Work: He repaired a broken Kenmore washing machine. He made the repair and gave good advice to repair rather than replace. Would have gotten a perfect score but he talked extremely fast with an accent so sometimes, as someone hard of hearing, it was hard to understand him. But overall, he was very good and I'd hire him again.

Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal for large appliance repair. Oven was not heating up. Tech arrived within first half hour of two hour window. Within 10-12 min diagnosed need of new electronic ignition. Had one on truck. Oven repaired within approx 45 minutes start to finish. Paid additional $122 for part while the big deal price paid for diagnosis and labor. Tech was prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Technician was unprofessional and wanted to charge me for additional time on repairs, even though he installed the new part incorrectly. He then got into a heated exchange with me, raising his voice in front of my wife and kids. When I asked him to calm down or id escort him out of my home, he said I was being belligerent, said he was recording our conversation and called his manager asking to be on call to make sure nothing happens to him physically. The entire experience was terrible and unprofessional.

Description of Work: Fixed dishwasher which was not draining. The technician was great. He thought a new part was needed but eventually was able to fix it without it. He gave us a refund for the part that was not needed.

Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my refrigerator ice maker. The technician who fixed it ingeniously found a way to substitute a a part that was never in use for the part that was broken. He also patiently made the effort to locate on the internet a rebuilt replacement for the digital readouts on my oven, since the oven is so old new parts are unavailable.

Description of Work: The deal state $74 for $150 worth of services. The services were performed when I was not home. My wife handed me the bill she paid and was told the $74 I paid earlier was for the repair quote. I will not ever use this service again. They did not live up to their deal. The repair was fine. The bait and switch was some Busch League BS.
